Can KNRS-FM break the 105.7 dialspot curse? Seriously, 105.7 is cursed! Or will KNRS be a thing of the past eight months from now? lol

KNRS will survive. I don't think they'll do much better than they did on AM, but this isn't going to hurt them. The real question is what kind of ratings and revenue will they get for The New 570.

That of course will depend on its format. Unfortunately, I can't foresee a liberal talker doing well in SLC, but it would be a breath of fresh air from what we have now. Just my 2 cents.

I don't really see it either, but the proponents would say that it doesn't matter if you agree with the hosts' philosophy or not. It's whether you'll listen that matters. If you listen just so you can scream at the radio that they're idiots that suits the radio station just fine.

I gave it a listen. The audio quality is poor. Why waste an FM signal on that?

They should beef up the processing a bit. Fill up that space a little. I'm not saying crank the AGC cuz that's weird... But thicken up the sound some.
