So im bored and was looking here seeing there wasn't much going on so here is a question asked before, with a market dominated by Omnia broadcast processors, who do you think is sounding the best out there? AM/FM/HD? I know there are a few of us processing freaks out there (Timmy)..... Cj

I think that while historically KSOP has done the best. They have some good engineering staff that really cares about how it sounds. They have slipped a little since they got their O6 upgraded from their .FM. Their sound isn't as open and clear. True, it's much louder, but they are starting to sound more like 99.5, which, in my opinion, is like listening to Top40 FM in the 80's. Not that that's all bad, but well, we're in the 2010's and it's Country, not Top40.
If I was to pick my best sounding FM Music station, I would pick 104.7 first and then 101.9 second. They made some good and appropriate adjustments to capture the 90's mix of music. 104.7, since it was born as soft classic rock has been a great sounding station as far as dynamics and clarity.
I HATE the reverb on K-Bull. It sounds like a cheap gimmick more than anything. For talk, KSL-FM is a pretty good sounding station.
