(And I mean both a clever title to the post and what Millcreek is doing.)
It makes sense that another station would try to capitalize on The End sinking. It's just too bad that it was 104.7 that did it. They were a really good classic rocker with a wide playlist.

This is a heavily edited post believe it or not. I was going to post a big rant, but in good spirit, I will refrain from repeating an event in local radio history that I will never forget nor forgive...

What very little I listened to online was just a basic Jones Media Modern Rock format. Very Simple Very Plain!!
It was probably put together very fast and I did a research on the domain for 104.7 before i typed this.
Registered the 23rd of April so....If they get it together and put a Altrnative format like they did with the Cool Classic Rock they could bring back alot of the Old KJQ music and mix in the 90's grunge and todays Alternative.
The old format on 104.7 had a huge playlist!!
But once again when I'm in SLC it has to be Radio-Radio on 106.5 HD2 I really dig that stuff (Classic Alternative)
