Curious. Explanation why KULX10 runs HSN?

Right now 10.2's HSN feed has gone kaput. (I'm remembering correctly that it's supposed to be HSN, right?) The channel is showing a "No signal" message, probably from the satellite receiver. The interesting part is that there's also an overlay of an 800 number over an otherwise black screen. This looks like a pay per inquiry scheme where Airwaves (the station owner) gets a cut of everything sold.
