I noticed this too. I don't think anyone watches TV to listen to something they can get on a radio.

No problems here on 9.91. The sound has been there for me over the past week and it was still present when I just checked.

The audio was missing for maybe a week. Now the audio is back with no video, just a black screen.

For me it's exactly the same as it has been for a week (9.1's picture, no audio). Sounds to me like they're doing something non-standard and some boxes handle it and some don't. Mine's an RCA DTA800 version 4.08 Jan 8 2008.

I have one of those boxes sitting unused, because it couldn't input channels manually  . I would think KUEN would want compatibility but I don't know. |
