I'm seeing a tweak in the graphics used on KSL 5.3's weather channel. I think it's happened just in the last few days. (There's a hint in there.) I haven't caught a KSL newscast yet. Is it there too?
There's also either a new track in the music mix or one I haven't noticed before.

We did some tweaking on the news set and the news graphics on Saturday. Kind of a "freshening-up" of the look, prior to the Olympics.
The different look on the (5-3) Live-5 Weather is part of that, since those graphics are directly from the news system.
As for the music, I don't know of any changes. We're running the same music as before, off of the old Media Pool, and we are still trying to locate the original copy of the CD as a backup. It's probably in somebody's desk!
Give us some feedback on the changes.

I figured the music probably hadn't changed, but I wasn't sure. The track I was listening to was unmemorable so I figured I'd just forgot, but I wanted to make sure. The new graphics aren't either better or worse really, mostly different. One thing I've been thinking about though is the size of the type in the ads. When downconverted to NTSC a lot of the smaller words are illegible. Haven't the advertisers complained?
