Who's doing promos for KJZZ?

Lately there have been some really bad screwups in the locally produced K-Jazz promos. Tonight, for example, there was a promo for high school football that was claiming to air on Friday the 13th (4 days ago), and a "Scrubs" promo where the voiceover and reality agreed that it would air at 11PM but the graphic said 10. That Scrubs error has been going on for a while now.
