Radio stations on TV digital sub-channels

I was aware that KUER was broadcast on KUEN TV on digital sub-channel 9.91. I just found out that KBYU-FM is broadcast on the KBYU-TV channel 11.1 alternate audio feed.

Do these broadcasts add to the ratings for the stations?

Are there any other stations broadcast over TV?

I think the analog SAP ran KBYU-FM at least part time too.

11.2 (BYU-TV) is a different source, but I can't ID it.

11-2 may be LDS Radio Network (if it still exists) or "Mormon Radio" (new network for HD Radio stations and internet).

Putting a commercial radio station on the TV audio, though, opens the station up to a whole new nightmare in copyright fees and licenses. Otherwise, I think many stations would love to do it. It would make life-at-home much easier, too.
