Allen of the "Mick and Allen" show on K-Bear is being sued over telling listeners not to go to an auto repair shop after the shop sold his car after the car was in for repairs that were allegedly not paid for.

I disagree with the idea of mechanic liens, but they do exist.

This is just plain retarded. What I know about this (most of it I can not repeat here) is that this event has been overblown about 100 fold.

This is also a case, me thinks, of someone hearing what they want to hear, and using that against someone else.

What I want to know is where the Des News got this information.
