I know, spelling... I don't know how to spell his name. Gum-Ball This is not a TV post except to say that a story last night (probably originally broadcast a week and a half ago) talked at length about the death of the newspaper. Needless to go into details, It was an eye opener about something dying faster than radio! Now to the advantages to radio... Radio can be instant, local and taken anywhere. Anywhere meaning the car radio, I-phone apps, portable stereos, world wide web. Newspaper in print are the next day, often with information that can be read on the internet... or reported on TV and radio. Radio advertising still works... and radio can cater to when and where people might be with well timed ads. ...any other thoughts?

According to Arbitron, over 90% of Americans 12+ listen to the radio each week. It's not going anywhere anytime soon.
