Pete Petersen

Richard "Pete" Petersen, Farnsworth Peak Transmitter Engineer and long-time Utah broadcast engineer, died last night.
He had been suffering from injuries from a recent automobile accident, which was apparently due to a previously undiscovered brain tumor.

Funeral services and viewing are scheduled for this Saturday.

Pete was a very nice guy, had a chance to chat with him a few times.. Sad to hear

Wouldn't it be cool if every FM on Farnsworth had a "Moment of Silence" at 2:00:00 on Saturday?
That'd be just like old-time radio broadcasting.
