Ok, I know I'm a little crazy. The question is, how much?
The station ID for 5.2 has a leading space. It says " KSL-US". This sticks out bigtime in my channel guide and it annoys me. Am I the only one? Is there a reason for it? Did someone just goof? Maybe Ken could weigh in on this.

Why does it have a "leading space"? Probably, whoever typed it in wanted it to center-up in the "upper corner box" display. I noticed it, too. I wish they (ATSC) had given everybody more letters to use....."KSL/UniversalSpx" would be nicer. But, most sets would have truncated it anyway.

Odd thing is, 5.1 and 5.3 don't have the space. Neither does anyone else for that matter. And at least on my box it actually makes things less centered. Oh well. Just chalk it up to one of life's little annoyances that really doesn't make any difference.

Excellent! Thank you. I'd ask if there was anything you could do about the commercials now, but I'm pretty sure they aren't going anywhere.
