I happened to be looking at the Des News to see if I could figure out which station would be carrying the baseball All Star Game on Tuesday when I noticed that they claim KOGN is still carrying Raptors games. Pretty good for a station that hasn't been on the air for 6 months, eh?

That's funny, you'd think someone would have done the research and figured that out.

I happened to be looking at the Des News to see if I could figure out which station would be carrying the baseball All Star Game on Tuesday when I noticed that they claim KOGN is still carrying Raptors games. Pretty good for a station that hasn't been on the air for 6 months, eh? Apparently whoever wrote the article didn't bother to do ANY research before the story went to press. When KOGN went silent in January of this year, I posted the information here and on the "other board." And even if you do a Google search for "KOGN," the first page on the list is a link to a Wikipedia article about KOGN which states that "the station is now silent." Now I think I'm beginning to understand why the newspaper industry is struggling to survive.
