I'm glad you reminded me to give them a listen again. The Cache Valley translator at 90.5 must be down right now, just fuzz. But I can get 90.9 on my outdoor antenna loud and clear, and I do like the style of this station. I'm just randomly listening now, and I'm enjoying it. The website has a listing of shows available, so I will have to tune in for some of the shows that are in my taste in music. I like what I'm hearing now.

The Cache Valley simulcast is actually a full class A KZCL. They filed for permission to be silent for technical reasons on May 11. From the filing:
"SUSPECT A TRANSMITTING ANTENNA PROBLEM. THE EVIDENCE OF HIGH REFLECTED POWER APPARENT FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL IS CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS ANTENNA PROBLEMS. THE TRANSMITTER SITE ACCESS IS STILL EXPENSIVE AND PROBLEMATIC DUE TO THE SNOW AND MUD.THIS STA SILENT REQUEST IS TO ALLOW TIME FOR BETTER ROAD CONDITIONS TO PERMIT SITE ACCESS BY NORMAL 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE."
