This is the translator in Park City that's registered to relay WCWW Evanston which itself simulcasts KPCW Park City.
According to the FCC application, K252EH would cause unacceptable interference to the applied for facility of KADQ, which would be a full class C at 98.3 from Humpy Peak. The weird part is that as-is KADQ's application has a very sharp null to the west toward the Wasatch Front and would not cause interference to or receive interference from K252EH. This makes me wonder if Millcreek (KADQ's owner) is planning on amending the facilities there to make it a rimshot. There's some language in the application from last year saying something about short spacing to KBEE, but that doesn't explain such a severe null. Maybe they figured something out.
