List of local stations and their digital plans

The FCC list of stations and their DTV conversion plans was published today. It looks like there will be little change in the valley on the 17th, but there's one entry that confuses me. KUTV/2 is listed as going digital only *before* 2/17. They're on the air in analog as normal right now. Are they really canning the old analog signal before next Tuesday? Also, KUCW/30 registered that they're staying on later after all.
