Has anyone here had any experience with these outdoor, programmable LED lights, that are meant to provide "holiday-style" colored lighting on your house on a full-time basis? I know that many LED lights cause Radio Frequency Interference, and I would hate to move to a house that has RFI sources. Not great for distant radio and TV reception.

Be leary of clicking on the trade name. I tried to look at their info, and got bombarded with thousands of the same ad, over and over and over and over. 🙄

I've had trim light for a couple years now LOVE IT! No more going and hanging on ladders in snow storms and cold weather. I also have TV's hooked up to OTA and never had problem with interference Also I have an old Carver AM/FM TX 11 Tuner hooked up to outdoor antenna and get no interference. Just make sure Trim light is out of West Jordan Utah. Great Purchase had a section go out and Trim light was there in a day to fix and replace section no questions asked. Great warranty 10 years. So many designs you can program. was worth it for me.

I had a neighbor who had a seventy-foot string of LED lights, connected to a "disco lighting controller", and it completely obliterated all reception in my apartment. That's why I thought I'd ask.
Most tutorials on LED interference say, "Replace the bulbs with better ones", "Replace the wiring with better (or shielded) cable", or "relocate everything". All are hard to do with a huge, fixed system.

Companies like that have to do a site survey before they install, right? Just tell them you want them to bring some lights with them that can be powered up on-site and turn on a radio or whatever you might be using near it and see if there's any interference. If you go ahead, I'd check again after the install before they leave to make sure.

I'm not looking to buy them, just wondering if I would have problems from a neighboring home that had something like that. I've known people who have had issues with all kinds of lights, solar installs, etc hundreds of feet away. I would hate to get in to a fight with someone whose stuff needed to be completely re-done because of RFI.
