The FCC has proposed a $504,000 fine against Fox Corporation for improper use of EAS tones during the Fox NFL Sunday Pregame Show on November 28, 2021. In addition to being broadcast on Fox Sports television affiliates, the EAS tones were also heard on Fox Sports Radio terrestrial stations, and the Fox Sports SiriusXM channel. Oops! 😬
