Stations: Fill out your "S.I.P" for Arbitron

I work for a radio station so I have seen these delivered once a quarter. Yes yes, come July, they won't be necessary but c'mon! Give the correct information to Arbitron.
It's unclear where KAUU (which simulcasts "The Blaze" for those wondering) was credited - All Access has it with KUUU, but it is unlisted at Radio-Info or Radio & Records.
KOVO, which is regional Mexican, was listed as simulcasting KZNS on All Access as well.
Another thing, get your ownership and formats corrected.
KUDD/KUDE - are you trying to be "modern AC" or are you going with "CHR/Pop"?
KKAT-FM: You're technically owned by a trust, not Citadel.
KHTB-FM: You're owned by Citadel, not "3 Point."
Any I missed?
