A new subchannel 8.12 on KCSG-LD has shown up. There's no programing yet but the ID says EMLW. I can't figure out what that could be, or even whether the W is part of the name or means a west coast feed. Ideas?

Interesting. I checked last night and again just now and there isn't even a video or audio stream showing as assigned to that channel on my tuner. Tribune's TV listings does show "Paid Programs" for that channel 24/7, so that lines up.

Well, EML to me is a common file extension for EMaiL, but I'm pretty sure it isn't that either. Checking around I've found there are a bunch of other Weigel stations around the country with .12 subchannels named EMLW. But, the most interesting find was here: newscdn2.weigelbroadcasting.com/JoEjF-1648569906-milwaukee_station_positions.pdfThere it's linked with the Movies! network, but the real call sign of the station it's on is WMLW. Also, Decades is DMLW and H&I is GMLW. The first letter works for Decades but not for the others and I don't see a connection with the subchannel number. Still not sure why I'm not getting programming when others are. Could be a bug in my tuner.
