According to their renewal application they are. This is the translator for KSVN-CD that used to be on Ch 39 before the repack. It was approved to move to RF Ch 9, but I've never picked up anything there. It's possible my antenna just can't pick up VHF well enough, but I think it's rated for both UHF & VHF. Is anyone getting more than the one channel of KSVN?

They updated their renewal application yesterday. The K09ZY CP was allowed to expire about a year ago, since they had a good signal on 25 from that same site.

Thanks Ken. Maybe I was viewing the original application before it updated. Shoulda waited a few hours. That's a good point about the duplicate signal, but both 25 and 39 were on the air from the same site with the same programming for many years before the repack. The only difference I can think of is that 39 moved to a VHF frequency and would have been the only VHF station from that site. Maybe it was just too much of a bother for too little anticipated return. It's sad that they couldn't have been assigned Ch 18 or 33 instead, both of which have been broadcasting dead air for years.
