Programming finally returns to KUEN 9.2 - NASA TV

After being mostly inactive since MHz Worldview disappeared exactly two years ago, KUEN 9.2 again has programming. NASA-TV is now on (I'm presuming it's the Public/Education channel) and is currently showing the status of the GOES-T weather satellite launch.
This is a good thing. Having an empty channel (and with an incorrect station ID to boot) wasn't really helping anyone, and I think space coverage is of enough general interest to justify it. We talked about putting NASA-TV on that channel years ago. It just took a long time to actually happen. That it's free helps too.
