... to take a test for my masters program and I noticed 92.1 KTCE wasn't playing their network anymore, or at least it sounded like it. Can anyone confirm whether KTCE is doing their own original programming from Provo? It sounded heavy on the 80's and a familiar voice doing the imaging.
