Other lineup changes for Sept

There were some other changes that happened in the last few days.
30.3 changed from another copy of Grit (also on 16.2) to Quest which was already on 24.2 from before the change of ownership there. Since Quest doesn't really fit on a religious station, I think it might end up disappearing from 24.2 after the contract runs out.
30.4 has dropped CourtTV (still on 13.3) for HSN which was dropped from 16.6 a while back.
There are placeholders on 24.4 and 24.5 saying "NEW CHANNEL COMING SOON" and nothing else. Couldn't they at least say what channel?
There's also an indication that Sinclair might be moving Comet and Dabl from under the KJZZ 14.x license where they currently are to the KUTV 2.x license. That wouldn't be a change other than the channel number since both of those channels are already guests on KUTV's RF channel due to KJZZ's channel being the host for ATSC3.
