Barker channel for NBC's LX up on 20.4/10.4

There's a new service from NBC called LX coming soon to KTMW 20.4 and KULX 10.4 (both owned by NBC.) Nothing is there yet except the promo graphic. It's described as "aimed at millennials and Gen Z’ers who are looking for emotionally resonant local stories that help them feel connected to their communities."
The launch of the network on KTMW is interesting. It's being produced by the O&O group and KTMW is an O&O so it makes sense that way. On the other hand, the main NBC network is on a station owned by another company. Is this a signal that NBC is flexing its muscles now that they have a full power station in the market?
Channel location aside, I guess we wait to see what the programming looks like. There's not much about that end yet.
