KJZZ 14.4 swap imminent - DABL to replace 2nd copy of Charge

There's a new network coming from CBS, Martha Stewart and Emeril. It's called DABL, and according to its site ( www.dabl.com/locations ) it's coming to KJZZ 14.4 (possibly at launch on Sept 9) where the East Coast feed of Charge currently lives. I don't think this is going to be a major blow to fans of Charge since the West Coast feed (as far as I know) will remain on KSTU 13.4.
It's interesting that CBS was able to rustle up pretty much every market there is to launch this new network but there are still other networks that Salt Lake has never had (or are supposed to but are completely dead like KUTB.) Certainly Stewart and Emeril are two really big names in the lifestyle space so that helps. There seems to be a fair amount of Stewart on OTA TV already but I haven't seen much out of Emeril for a while other than infomercials.
Do you think this will work, and will you be watching? I doubt I'll watch, but I've never been much of a far of either.
