Uh KPDR, don't you have that backwards?

Various LPTV's have been on and off the air for the past few weeks, presumably as more work is being done up on the towers. KPDR was down for quite a while but is back now. When it came back up we discover that KPDR 19.4 (JTV) is actually being fed by.....Comcast. The attached picture was recorded directly off KPDR and I definitely recognize the graphics of a Motorola STB and JTV is definitely on Comcast channel 79. The authorization error has since been fixed.



A broadcast station feeding a cable system is very common. I've never heard of it going the other way around though.
