I quick perusal of likely stations' websites for mention of an airing of AR didn't reveal anything. (I checked The Arrow, KODJ and KRCL)

Not necessarily a bad idea, but not quite what I was getting at.  Alice's Restaurant is a classic, but it occurred to me yesterday that maybe it never caught on here. It has a very liberal bias (it's an anti-war song from the Vietnam era, for those who don't know), and that probably doesn't play well in a very conservative market. It was probably even worse back in the late 60's-early 70's when it was new. Anyone know if it's ever had any kind of a following here? |
