As tardiscaptain pointed out in the 4.4 thread, yep I'm getting the infomercials on 24.2 and 24.3 too. They weren't there Friday morning but are there now. 24 is now co-owned with 23. The consummation notice for that deal with just filed this week, so the new owners are making their mark already. The new owners own KBTU 23 and Azteca America too, so it's not a big surprise to find that they are now simulcasting AA on both 23.1 and 24.1 and EstrellaTV seems to be gone completely.
Given how many streams HC2 has packed onto the Ch 23 signal it seems very reasonable to think that their new 24 is going to have a bunch of new networks added. The way they're handling the transition is odd though. They renumbered the virtual program streams to numbers in the 1000's. 24.1 is now program ID 1001 so for at least some tuners it disappears until you do a rescan. I'm also seeing the new ID's as 1002 (24.2) and 1003 (24.3). The data stream for all three is intermittently dropping out, so I think it's still being tweaked. I'd put a small bet on the infomercials on 24.2 and 24.3 being filler material until everything shakes out and regular programming starts. I'm definitely interested to see what they have planned even though they never responded to my inquiry a month ago.

And EstrellaTV seems to have landed to KSVN-LD Ch 25 replacing NuestraVision. The other half of the NV simulcast (K39JS, pending a move to RF 9) is still missing here.
