KBTU (virtual 23) finally back on air

The station had been off the air since the repack back on Sept 8 (and never filed a silent notification as far as I can tell from the website), but it's back and on its new RF 15 channel now. It came back Tuesday afternoon. The two streams most people would probably be interested in are 23.3 Bounce and 23.7 Buzzr. YMMV
I'm definitely happy to get Buzzr back. I've been obsessively watching for it for weeks. I also got to watch The Blues Brothers on Bounce Tuesday night. Great movie.
