Craig Hanson, former president and COO of Simmons Media, has finally closed on the sale of KUTQ 102.3 from Cochise Broadcasting. The delay in closing the 2015 sale was due to the FCC Consent Decrees with Cochise Media Licenses and Cochise Broadcasting filed earlier this year for multiple infractions:
