Cochise Broadcasting To Surrender 10 Radio Station Licenses

As part of a consent decree with the FCC, Cochise Broadcasting has agreed to surrender licenses for 10 stations, including one station in Utah. The consent decree also allows the sale of KUTQ in St. George to be completed. It looks like iHeart (KWDZ) isn't the only one playing games with the FCC by filing continuing STA's and having stations silent for 364 days per year. Full story here:
