KBLU-LP is up and running with program test authority on 92.3 in Logan. I have no idea when they will file for license to cover. Reports I've heard are that the signal is better to the south of town than towards the north,; it can be heard from Paradise up to Richmond.

Then it'll be Announcers Choice during the hours filled by volunteer staffers.
