Why is 107.9/103.9 and also 97.5 not being followed by Yes.com? I thought they had a problem with them as an operator, but KUUU is still being monitored.
The MediaBase playlist thing on KUDD's site seems to be behind by several minutes.
Hopefully Big Rog or someone will find an answer or nudge the yes.com folks into getting them monitored again.

I was going to say it might have something to do with the signal strength, but I'm not sure anymore. I did a quick check of the Humpy rimshots and some are listed while others aren't. They all have the same strength, so I'm not sure. Maybe it's whomever signs a contract?
The entry in yes that really cracks me up is KSL. Yes, they track it. A few years ago before they started putting the ads on there, the only entry for KSL was Martina McBride's "Independence Day' from the open to Sean Hannity.

How does a station get involved with being monitored by Yes.com? It has to be voluntary... Is there some charge yes makes? Some sort of two-way promotion? Yes says I'll promote you by listing your station, you promote me by putting my now playing flash on your website? You'd think it'd be a trade... Does anyone know for sure here?

I've been trying for 2 months to get this going. There's a couple ways YES gets their info - either they get an XML feed directly from your broadcast software or they use a company called Mediaguide who monitors you in much the same way Mediabase does.
An XML feed is tricky and presents potential security issues so we're not too keen on that. I've spoken with Mediaguide and they are apparently having some hardware issues that prevent them from monitoring several stations in the market. They are working on it but, like I said, it's been 8 weeks and counting.
Frustrating... ROG

I hope you can get that worked out. I find Yes to be a valuable resource. I've learned the performers name on quite a few songs from them.

I like the new "Mix" voice and image.
That station's sure been through a lot over the years. PPM will be its friend, I think.
