This is odd. The usual HSN hawking on 10.2 was being preempted this afternoon for the movie "Freeway". I didn't get enough of a look to see what service it was running, but the movie ended at 1PM and then rejoined HSN already in progress. Anyone have any idea what was going on?

I've seen that a few times lately. They have problems with their satellite dish on HSN, so I think they are just doing this to cover when it fails.
They got their analog signal on 50 back Friday. Some sort of antenna or transmission line problem is what I heard. Now, I'm having problems staying locked on the Channel 10 (RF Channel 14) Digital signal, though.

My gut tells me that this was scheduled. The movie ended a few minutes to 1 and the switchover was at exactly 1:00. It was a Friday, so I wonder if there was supposed to be some E/I programming in there. This is a screengrab of the logo that came up seconds before the switch back to the HSN feed. Anyone recognize it? Attachments:

Sure would be nice if all the stations used their Electronic Program Guides. Then, we'd know if it was scheduled.

Heaven forbid anyone should know about a program they might want to watch..... If I remember I'll check what they're doing this Friday and see if it repeats. That might tell us something.

Anyone recognize it? That is AMG TV. I didn't know they had any affiliates in Utah after they were on KCBU a long time ago. I'd rather see them more than HSN (but I understand that HSN pays the bills). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMGTV
