KNNZ 940 Cedar City is in the process of being sold to "Radio 940 LLC" (Legacy Communications/Morgan Skinner). I have it on what I believe to be very good authority that there will be a callsign flip if/when the sale closes to KOBY. Beyond that, I know nothing about any format flip plans.
