I still think that it could be very profitable for one AC station to stay the course and not flip all Christmas. Since there are obviously plenty who don't dig on endless all you can stand Christmas tunes. Plus if that station could "convert" those defectors into P1's, sweet! It would be smart for say, KBEE to up their AC game here and have promos and advertising to bring em in full-time. I think they edge a little more hot/ac, but they're no My99.5. But who has the dough at this point to amp-up like that? Especially Citadel.

I've always been comfy with going Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. go 24/7 through Jan 1st. Or Perhaps through Dec 25th. This in no fashion takes any ratings or financial aspects into consideration. That's just an emotional standpoint. I would assume the greater public might agree.

How does a station get involved with being monitored by Yes.com? It has to be voluntary... Is there some charge yes makes? Some sort of two-way promotion? Yes says I'll promote you by listing your station, you promote me by putting my now playing flash on your website? You'd think it'd be a trade... Does anyone know for sure here?

I heard there was supposed to be some new highway going along the Oquihrr's around behind the new daybreak so from 15 at the point to 80, near the airport. I think the sales folk over at daybreak talked about this. Any info on that?? That would be nice. As long as they don't make it like Bangerter.

KEGH doesn't even have their CP to move to 107.1 yet, so you should be good for a while. Any reason you chose that frequency? So the Eagle is going or is trying to move to 107.1? Will that be a full market signal for them or just a better rimshot? I always thought Cody & crew would do so much better ratings-wise on a bigger stick.

I think it was this past weekend a number of stations, 99.5, 93.3, 100.3 (I think) were really sounding strange and muffled. Like all the stations were jacked for a bit. 99.5 actually was cutting on and off there for a bit. it was in the afternoon. Wonder if that was related? Wonder if the antenna farm had a major maintenance project.

I still think CC would do better with KNRS-FM than ANOTHER country station. Wonder if they would consider changing it this year??
