I got the next move that MUST happen in SLC.... Ready??
KUBL needs to add on a sung "point threeeee!" to the end of their imaging and jingles!!
----oh yeah and seriously consider song tagging. I could just see Pat Garrett cussin' each time he closes the mic!

While I am getting pretty excited to see what comes about from PPM, some things are just dumbfounding to me.
efff emmm one hunnnndreeeed(point threeee) song-tagging on live or VT stations seacrest kbzn NOW on a gold-based AC?? today's 106.5
There are more but those stand out the most. I also think the eagle should fly away and CC should bring back My Country. The market didn't need 4 FM new country stations, we don't need three, but if there were to be three, i liked My better than the Eagle.
KNRS would do well on FM too.

You might make more cash in amd or pmd but I think the best time would be nights. 7-mid. Usually a little more freedoms are extended to break out from some tight liner-card jock work. I would probably not do a hit or history / smash hit or trash it / love it or shove it game and do a cool daily real request based countdown hot 7 @ 7 or something. Love countdowns! I don't envy those jocks taking 100 some-odd calls to get a vote. it seems like 98% of the time, the song gets voted in anyway.
I'd have give-aways. I'd focus on calls and have some topical discussions. plenty of music though, I know those PPMS are all about music!.
I prefer country music, but i'd take a gig anywhere really. (probably not Spanish).

Noticed a few other stations that had been missing from Yes.com's listing were back. I looked up KZZQ and all tunes listed were Spanish... Wondering what station they're monitoring. It even says 97.5. Here's the link: www.yes.com/#KZZQAlso saw KEGA show up.

I like your takes on PPM. It'd be pretty cool to have one of those when they come around. Of course when you walk into a retail establishment that's playing FM100 over their PA system... I'd never purposefully change the channel there on my own. In the van with the Wife, sure.. But not on my own. Sign me up, Arbitron!!

With Smooth Jazz dying and Oldies/Classic hits struggling, how long until CC changes KODJ??
If it does happen, what do they change it to?
Will they wait until PPM comes 'round?
What other changes will we see with PPM?

According to LDS NewsRoom, the Church has just launched a digital internet and HDRadio stream. It will include a variety of content from past General Conferences, Devotional Addresses and other talks. The Church will also be producing content specifically for the channel. They will also be broadcasting this on every Bonneville radio market on an HD radio station. Info: is.gd/B2Yd

I know KSOP has pretty short stop-sets. I never sat there and counted/timed them. Seems pretty reasonable compared to, say, KBull.
