Univision's 32 is moving from Lake Mountain to Farnsworth and increasing power. That's bad news for viewers living down toward Manti and Price whose signals will get weaker. It's good news for those from Ogden to Logan who will now get a city grade signal.

Wait... you think people in Logan can get anything directly from Farnsworth? Hehe. You're funny.
Admittedly, some folks on the high east bench may be able to see it, but even if thats the case it would get walked all over by co-channel from the translators.
So much shenanigans going on here with Franklin and Cache, double and triple translators for the same stations... translators on Clarkston Ridge in Utah being used as STLs for Franklin County in Idaho, rather than using microwave as they should... and Cache and Franklin refuse to talk to each other.
There's hardly ANY channels left on UHF here. And yet, we can't get the ION 16 channels because... well, I don't know. Both translator districts don't want to talk to me, either.

I did say Logan gets a city grade signal. I didn't say they could actually see anything. Obviously there are a lot of factors, co-channel interference being one of them. From what I've seen the co-channel problem isn't nearly as bad in digital as it was in analog, which makes sense. We have several stations near each other both in frequency and location. KPNZ and KSVN-LD are on 24 and 25 from Farnsworth and co-exist fine as far as I've seen. KSTU and KUPX are on 28 and 29 at full power, though they are separated by about half a mile. K39JS-D is on 39 sandwiched between full power KSL on 38 and KTVX on 40 all from Farnsworth. KBTU on 23 is still analog but doesn't seem too bothered by KPNZ's digital either.
