Looks like K18FJ, Trinity Broadcasting Network, has returned to the air in Salt Lake City, as of December 6. They are still analog, low-power (translator, IIRC), from Farnsworth Peak.
I seem to recall something about them "divesting" themselves of their low-power analogs, giving them away to some group that was going to do ethnic programming. Guess that fell through.

That jives with what they put in their most recent STA to remain silent.
--- K18FJ WAS FORCED OFF THE AIR ON JANUARY 31, 2011 DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE.
DUE TO A REDUCTION IN LOCAL SUPPORT WHICH WE BELIEVE IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE NATIONAL TRANSITION FROM ANALOG TO DIGITAL BROADCASTING TRINITY RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO REMAIN DARK FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO 180 DAYS WHILE IT COMPLETES A MARKET ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE THE VIABILITY AND LEVEL OF LOCAL SUPPORT FOR THE STATION OR THE ALTERNATIVE POSSIBILITY OF A SALE OF THE STATION. ---
I'm a little surprised that selling the station was a serious consideration. The impression I got was that even a few viewers would justify the station's existence. There's also the question of going digital. They had authorization for a digital companion channel on Ch 15 about 5 years ago that was apparently never built. It might make sense to convert to digital now (even as a flash cut) and rent out the other subchannels.
