Curious: Working Environments?

I used to live in the market (duh?), and have moved to Portland, Ore. Here there are some clear winners and losers in the television ownership brackets. I was curious how things are in Utah with the sale of KSTU KTVX/KUCW and KUTV to new owners.
It seems like "Fox 13" is actually a really good station with adequate resources and some money going into the facility. Of course, then again, fox is regarded as one of the hottest broadcast networks at this point, right? I haven't followed their news for a while, but never noticed any clear 'Fox news-ish' bias or presentation versus anyone else in the market. Also, despite being owned by a private equity group, they don't seem to be bleeding the property dry for a sale.
KTVX seems a little bit like KOIN-TV here in this market. KOIN has no subchannels, only a main, and only win 11 pm sometimes - because they're the CBS affiliate and have strong 10 pm lead in programming.
KSL is... KSL. :-) Seems like things there are fine. Then again, I suppose the challenge is a further integrated newsroom and working with those that may not be used to writing, shooting and editing video, good print journalism and radio sound packages.
KUTV, I honestly haven't followed in a long time. They do have a beautiful studio building, that's for sure. It seems like they have less turnover than some stations in on-air personnel.
Anyone know if video/report sharing agreements are in place with any of these companies? That's honestly the worst thing here in Portland. "Fox 12" likes to cover the crime beat to death and all four of our stations (or at least three) have a video sharing agreement for basic coverage of things like house fires, drive by shootings, community events, etc. so you usually see a slightly different edit of the same content on 2-3 stations nightly. They also share a news chopper now, although KGW pretends it is "Sky 8" and KATU pretends it is "Jet Ranger 2" and KPTV calls it "Air 12." I think KOIN no longer has 'chopper' coverage.
