Terry, I hereby name you King For A Day. That honor means absolutely nothing, but hey it's the best I can do. An interesting comment from the article is that "Bonneville's Salt Lake City headquarters will also go to Hubbard with the deal." Does that mean Broadcast House? That seems very odd to me. Why would they buy a huge broadcast facility in a market that they have no broadcast properties in? It could be one of those "we sell the building and then lease it back" deals that only makes sense to MBA propellerheads, or maybe Hubbard plans on getting into this market with other properties. The first seems reasonable. The second not as much. Are there other options I'm not thinking of?

I suspect that they mean "BIC's Salt Lake corporate staff will go with Hubbard", since it is much smaller than in the past, and provides support services for many of those stations. I'll have to ask someone upstairs.
