I haven't been able to check today but, as of last night, 92.5 HD2 is silent. HD3 is still running 1015 the Eagle. HD2 is supposed to be running Bob FM but it is just transmitting silence. It has been this way for a couple of weeks. Does anyone know why?

You got me to get off my butt and replace the dead batteries in my HD radio. 92.5 HD2 is still running John Cage Radio (silence.) It may have no listeners but that's still a problem since it's the primary station for 105.5/K288GY. If the primary is off the air the translator is supposed to be as well. Then again a lot of broadcasters don't seem to worry much about following FCC rules. As for why, I couldn't guess. This is Broadway after all.

Someone posted to the Bob FM Facebook page a week ago, citing the problem. No answer, though.

I left a message on Broadway's main number about it last night. Maybe I'll try and call on my break while people are still in the building. I keep forgetting to check KYMV at the top of the hour to see if they're still IDing KUUU HD2. I found an HD radio I thought I had lost but I have no idea where the power cord is. It takes batteries too so maybe I'll buy some. Have a great weekend all. P.S. I forgot all about calling Broadway on my break. Shoot for Monday maybe.

So here's some more technical information about Bob for those that might care.
92.5 HD2 is actually broadcasting audio, but it's silence. It is getting its digital artist/title information updated with every song though.
100.7 isn't digital but does have RDS artist/title info. That's NOT getting updated and has been stuck on Slow Ride by Foghat for days at least. That isn't too unusual. It gets stuck a lot for some reason. Maybe they'll fix it for good someday.
105.5 is the only one of the three signals that actually has everything working correctly with both audio and artist/title (analog RDS.)

Someone posted, 3 weeks ago, that the audio had been COOL-FM, but had Bob data

Could be. Could also be that someone got confused.
When I first read the thread I wondered if the Bob simulcast had actually moved to 105.1 HD2 displacing Kool.

Anyone checked this today? I left a message with their DOE yesterday.

Bob is back on 92.5 HD2. It sounds awful, but it's there.

I'm going to retract my statement. I'm now thinking the problem I'm hearing might be due to the radio I'm using. (At this location I'm using an RTL-SDR with an HD Radio decoder.)

NRSC5 and an SDR lol. Low bit rates don’t sound good on it. That’s where most radios do the better job with the HD decoding.
