KCPW applies for power increase again

This is pretty much a duplicate of the application that they filed back in 2019 that apparently expired unbuilt. It increases power up north toward Ogden as well as west toward the Tooele Valley. There's no change toward Provo/Orem.
The increase toward North Davis and Weber Counties is significant, I think. KCPW has been anemic in that direction for as long as I can remember, even back to when the only real coverage north of Salt Lake was on the 105.3 translator. Being able to send a better signal up that way can only help them, even though the predicted coverage ends at about the Weber County border and doesn't cover Ogden itself.
