So what changes will we see? Network affiliation? Digital sub-channels?

Don't forget the spectrum auction is coming up. Maybe Sinclair combines the best parts of KJZZ with KMYU and puts the Ch 46 (KJZZ) spectrum up for auction.
I don't think there's a lot of room for any network affiliations. They already have MyNetworkTV on 2.2/KMYU which could theoretically move to KJZZ, which originally cleared it in the early morning hours back when it was more of a real network. Now it's really just a fancy syndication service. I just can't see any of the big 4 networks moving to KJZZ, and even The CW is a stretch, though that's half owned by CBS which already has an affiliation with KUTV.
If I were a betting man I'd say KJZZ goes dark, but I wouldn't put a lot of money on it.

I don't think that channel 14 has any digital sub-channels as of now, do they?
Sinclair has a new sci-fi network called Comet that might be an interesting sub-channel.

In the past KJZZ has had non-public data on part of their broadcast feed, but I don't know if they've done anything with that recently.
