The Big multi station frequency move location move etc that should be going down before the end of the year... that creates a new signal on Farnesworth for Broadway Media at 99.1 (I think) That makes 105.1 go away (I think) and moves 105.7 and 106.5 up (i think) one channel... What all does anyone know about this??? This is the one that has been in the works for about 10 years...
Thanks!

I don't think I'd count on any timetable for the those moves. I wonder with all the changes in the market and the industry whether someone might try to undo it. There's no way a 99.1 could go on Farnsworth with second adjacent 98.7 and 99.5 already there. There are two dockets that are involved. The first is 05-243 and all the gory details are at apps.fcc.gov/ecfs/proceeding/view?name=05-243 The information you'll be most interested in is the Report and Order from 01/16/2008. 105.1 is actually the biggest gainer in this market. It goes from a central Utah rimshot to a full market signal from Farnsworth. As for 99.1, that's part of a different proceeding. It's at apps.fcc.gov/ecfs/proceeding/view?name=02-290 for your viewing pleasure. In that one, KUDE 103.9 moves to 99.1 and otherwise remains unchanged. Because of that, the 99.1 translator on Lake Mountain (K256AE) can't stay there. Movement of it seems limited. Between those two dockets, pretty much every nook and cranny is filled. There's a lot more about both, but that's probably enough for you to digest at first.
