More controversial LPFM apps rescinded

There were a number of LPFM applications nationwide that were accused of all being run by the same guy. (You can read about this at home.recnet.com/node/595 ) Locally, one of the applications was for 99.9 in Salt Lake and that has now been rescinded by the applicant. It looks like that means the other applicant for that frequency in Salt Lake (Utah Arts Alliance) can now simply be approved.
