Looks like UDOT has rescinded a whole lot of their applications for LPFMs that they recently filed. (See transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2014/db0108/DOC-325005A2.txt) The defective Roy 95.5 application was dismissed by the FCC some time ago, as everyone knew it would be, but this is a strange turn. I think it's 49 applications that they requested to be dismissed. Anyone have a clue what's going on? Did someone realize this wouldn't make as much sense as TIS?

I don't think UDOT understood the process. Just applying for 95.5 at Roy pretty much proved that they didn't do their homework. *sigh*
