I've noticed KUTB (virtual 15, RF 18) strong enough to be picked up fairly solidly here in Davis County for the past few days. I used to be able to barely get something on that channel but was only able to even get a picture once or twice. Did anyone else notice an improvement or was it something I did on this end?
Also, they don't appear to have any authorization to use virtual channel 15. I wonder why they still are.

It appears to be a bit stronger in Salt Lake as well. Haven't thrown a meter on it yet to see how it compares with others, but it does seem to be more solid than it used to be.

It only lasted a few days from here and it's gone again. Not sure what's going on, but definitely something changed for good and then for bad.

I was able to get it today. I even switched antennas to try to see what I would get and it's coming in fine.

I'm just barely getting anything myself now. Maybe icing is affecting the antenna just a bit. I even noticed a couple of minor glitches on KSL-TV tonight. The conditions up in the mountains are probably pretty bad.

How many sub-channels are on KUTB? I'm getting three now but I could have sworn I saw more earlier just before re-scanning.
