KLZX & new 99.9 Fountain Green boost power apps

Both KLZX (when they move to 99.9) in the Logan market and the new 99.9 south of Provo are looking to boost their power. KLZX would go from a C3 to a C1 and the new Fountain Green would go from a C2 to a C1.
Of course this all assumes that the shifts that were ordered years ago ever happen.
